Gulfstream Roofing continues to deliver excellence with each passing year. Here are three projects we are particularly proud of.

Opal Grand Resort

The Opal Grand Resort formerly known as the Delray Beach Marriott was ready for a sprucing up with their new name. Gulfstream Roofing opted for 34,000 square feet of Sandstone standing seam aluminum metal roofing at various heights and designs.

We at Gulfstream Roofing are incredibly proud of this project and were happy to hear we weren’t the only ones when we were honored to receive the 2021 Construction Association of South Florida (CASF) award for the best metal roof! This award joins the ranks of our previous CASF awards – the 2013 metal standing seam roof of the year for a single-family residence, the 2018 tile roof of the year for a single-family home project in Delray Beach, our 30-year membership award in 2014 (coming up on 40 years in 2024), and many more.

Hutchinson Shores Resorts & Spa

Another OPL property, Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa had a renovation with the roof installed by Gulfstream Roofing in 2017. Gulfstream Roofing used 250 squares of sandstone aluminum standing seam metal roofing and 335 squares of flat roofing for this project. With their new look, the Hutchinson Shores Resort & Spa won the Conde Nast Traveler 2020 Readers Choice Award!

Sea Fields Club

Located on Ocean Blvd in Delray Beach, this is one of our latest projects! A multi-unit condo building, Gulfstream Roofing used 186 squares of white aluminum standing seam metal on multiple slopes and heights. This beautiful roof has a geometric undulating pattern sitting right in front of the Atlantic Ocean! With a new roof from Gulfstream Roofing, all homeowners had value added to their condos.
